We Accept Returns For

- Parcel tampered during transit
We Do NOT Accept Returns For
- Change of mind after opening
- Dislike of fragrance after use
- Products opened and used
- Requests made after 3 days of delivery
Return Window
Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. After this window, we are unable to process any return or exchange requests.
Product Condition
Returned products must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all seals intact
- Not sprayed or opened for personal use
How to Initiate a Return
- Take clear photos of the damaged or wrong product immediately.
- Also photograph the outer packaging and shipping label.

Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the product is received in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via JazzCash to the same account used for payment.
Anti-Fraud Notice
Fake return claims or abuse of the return policy may result in permanent order restrictions from Sahlaar Store. We maintain records of all transactions and claims.
