🛍️ Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Delays may occur during holidays or high-volume periods.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! COD is available nationwide across Pakistan. A delivery charge of PKR 300 is required on delivery before dispatch.
How do I track my order?
After dispatch, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can also message us at +92 303 9005833 with your order ID to get an update.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges are PKR 300 for all orders across Pakistan. This must be paid in advance via JazzCash. Charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

Are your fragrances long lasting?
Yes! Our fragrances are carefully selected for strong projection and long-lasting performance. Most of our EDPs last 7–12 hours depending on skin type and weather. We also provide longevity details on each product page.
Are your fragrances original/authentic?
Absolutely. Sahlaar Store guarantees quality-tested, authentic fragrances with careful packaging and secure delivery. We don't sell imitations or replicas.
How do I apply perfume for best results?
Apply to pulse points — wrists, neck, behind ears, and inner elbows. Spritz from 10–15cm distance. Don't rub wrists together as it breaks down the scent. Apply after moisturizing for longer lasting results.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallet payments. Account: 0321-0542323 (Sahlaar Store). Cash on Delivery is also available with advance delivery charge.
Why is advance delivery charge required?
The PKR 300 advance delivery charge helps us confirm serious orders and cover courier costs. This ensures your order is dispatched promptly and reduces fake orders that waste everyone's time.

Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong products received. Request must be made within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence. No returns accepted for change of mind after opening.
My parcel arrived damaged. What do I do?
Take clear photos of the damaged parcel and product immediately upon receiving. Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 303 9005833 or email Support@sahlaarstore.com within 3 days with the photos and your order ID.

Delivery Charge Required

A delivery charge of PKR 300 must be paid on delivery before your order is dispatched. This applies to all orders including COD.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. You'll receive a WhatsApp update once dispatched.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Remote areas may take 1–2 days extra.

Shipping Charges

Flat rate of PKR 300 for all orders. Paid in advance via JazzCash before dispatch.

Coverage

We deliver to all cities across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and remote areas.

Delays Notice

Delivery may take longer during Eid, peak sale seasons, or adverse weather. We'll keep you updated via WhatsApp throughout the process.

Return Policy

Returns & Refunds

Our fair return policy to protect both customers and quality standards.

We Accept Returns For

Damaged products received · Wrong item delivered · Defective or leaking bottle · Parcel tampered during transit

We Do NOT Accept Returns For

Change of mind after opening · Dislike of fragrance after use · Products opened and used · Requests after 3 days of delivery

Return Window

Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. After this window, we are unable to process any return or exchange requests.

Product Condition

Product must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all seals intact
  • Not sprayed or opened for personal use

How to Initiate a Return

  • Take clear photos of the damaged/wrong product immediately
  • Also photograph the outer packaging and label
  • WhatsApp us at +92 303 9005833 with photos and order ID
  • Email: Support@sahlaarstore.com with subject "Return Request — [Order ID]"
  • Our team will respond within 24 hours

Refund Process

Once return is approved and product is received in original condition, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via JazzCash to the same account used for payment.

Anti-Fraud Notice

Fake return claims or abuse of the return policy may result in permanent order restrictions from Sahlaar Store. We maintain records of all transactions and claims.

By placing an order on Sahlaar Store (website or WhatsApp), you agree to all terms and conditions stated herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Sahlaar Store.

Ordering

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment verification
  • Delivery advance of PKR 300 must be paid via JazzCash before dispatch
  • Prices shown are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or suspicious

Delivery Terms

  • Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days — not a guaranteed timeframe
  • Customer must be available to receive the parcel at the given address
  • Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability may incur re-delivery charges
  • Sahlaar Store is not liable for delays caused by courier companies

Returns & Refunds Terms

  • Returns only for damaged or wrong products — within 3 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • No returns for opened, used, or change-of-mind situations
  • Refunds processed within 5–7 working days after return approval
